Patis Intaramaha, born in Bangkok in 1998, began his musical journey at the age of 4 as a pianist. At 13, he discovered his passion for the violin, studying under Yoddoy Bupasiri, who encouraged him to join the Young Artist Music Programme at the College of Music, Mahidol University. Patis graduated with First-Class Honors, earning a Bachelor of Music degree under the tutelage of Omiros Yavroumis, concertmaster of the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra.
Throughout his studies, Patis continually sought to broaden his musical experience. He trained with Chalat Limpisiri and served as co-concertmaster of the Siam Sinfonietta. His participation in the Erasmus program allowed him to study abroad twice, spending a year at both the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna with Prof. Peter Schuhmayer and the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK) with Prof. Alexander Sitkovetsky.
Patis recently completed his Master’s degree in Music Performance at ZHdK under Prof. Sitkovetsky and is now pursuing a Soloist Diploma (Specialised MA) at the same institution. His development as a violinist has been enriched through masterclasses and lessons with distinguished musicians such as Christoph Poppen, Rainer Schmidt, Jack Liebeck, Andreas Hartmann, and Dechopol Kowintaweewat.
